Context

Blueprint Surf is an innovative 3D-printed surfboard company, making boards from sustainable materials and advanced material construction in Portland, ME. Vivian joined Blueprint Surf Co. over the course of a summer internship.

Approach

Over her summer internship with Blueprint Surf Co., Vivian led a total brand redesign project, designed merchandise, grew Blueprint’s social media following by 330%, and helped shape and glass surfboards. By seeing the boards go from a CAD blueprint to fully realized, functioning board, Vivian knew the company better than anyone. She worked closely with cofounders Mike Ballin and Luke Diehl to take Blueprint from an idea to a real brand. And of course, go surfing.
